Despite the careful work done for the realisation of this website and its regular update, occasional errors might occur in certain provided information and/or presented documents. Unfortunately Enfant Terrible cannot guarantee the exactitude, the precision or the completeness of available information on the website and therefore under no circumstances will the editor be held responsible for any errors. If you do notice any errors, please bring it to our attention via e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then make sure to make the appropriate changes. Enfant Terrible reserves the right to correct the content at any moment, without prior warning.
We deliver worldwide. In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Larger items are usually dispatched within 48 hours up to 2/3 weeks. Standard delivery is 48 hours from date of dispatch excluding weekends (so please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from date of purchase
If you need your order in a hurry, simply let us know by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone +351 933 196 291 and your order will be delivered the next (working) day to mainland Portugal addresses. Please note that there may be additional costs.
Standard delivery: 2-4 working days (from date of dispatch)
Express delivery: Next working day
Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
If by mistake your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, please be aware that we will charge shipping again to resend your order.
Please note we do not ship part orders, so we will wait for your whole order to be in stock before dispatching.
Collect in Store
You can collect your order from our shop. Please select the 'COLLECT' option and leave us a note for when you would like to pick up your order. Please note that some items are not in stock in the shop so it may take 24 hours to get them to the store for you to collect. But if you need them in a hurry give us a call and we will do our best to have items for you to collect sooner

Rest of the world:
Shipping prices are calculated, based on the size and weight of your order.
For furniture and larger items, there will be additional shipping costs which will be applied at the checkout. Any applicable customs charges are to be paid by the customer and will not be paid by ourselves
Delivery to Europe usually takes 3-10 working days and to the rest of the world 5-10 working days.
We deliver worldwide using a combination of Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service, Royal Mail tracked and signed & a Courier Service usually DPD for larger items, depending on the value and size of your package.
In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Larger items are usually dispatched within 48 hours up to 2/3 weeks. Parcels within Portugal will take 2-4 days to arrive from date of dispatch. Overseas parcels usually take 4-10 days to arrive from date of dispatch. If your parcel does not arrive within 10 days please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
When selecting shipping rates please ensure you select the correct country and also shipping band for your item. Otherwise, we will be unable to ship your item to you until the outstanding balance is paid.
Please notify us if your parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days. If we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost can not be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items so it is advised to keep a close eye.
Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address and local telephone number for the recipient. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details. If your item does not arrive within 14 days we will issue a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
Shipping outside Portugal
Large overseas packages will usually be sent using a courier service.
We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. The package will then take 4-10 days to arrive. Once the tracking information has been sent it is the customers responsibility to track the parcel.
If the parcel does not arrive within 10 working days please email email@example.com and we will try to trace the parcel for you.
Please note that if the parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days and we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost can not be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items so it is advised to keep a close eye.

If you are not happy with your product, let us know within 5 days of receipt. If you want to return your items we will be happy to refund or replace the item for you as long as the goods are in their original packaging and condition, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:. Please include the original order form or your name and order number so we can match returns back to you in order to issue an exchange or refund
Please note on non faulty items, we cannot refund for the postage paid for delivery from us to yourself or refund for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return. Please ensure that goods are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please make sure items are well packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. Ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at email@example.com If you order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out in the returns policy.
The Customer must inspect the state of the parcel in the presence of the transporter and note any reserves necessary on the delivery slip in the event of partial or total deterioration. In the absence of noting such points, the product is considered to be accepted by the Customer and cannot be the subject of any dispute concerning its delivery. The Customer must notify Enfant Terrible by email so that we can take the necessary measures as quickly as possible.
If an item you have received is damaged or defective please inform us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Once we have agreed to replace or refund for any items this will be processed within 24 hours and the replacement received within our standard shipping times Refunds will depend on bank processing times.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow 5-15 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.
